The purpose of this mission is to provide an opportunity for a visit to a shut-in (by someone other than a pastor). Once a year, at Easter time, the church office provides this ministry with the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of Immanuel’s shut-ins. Baskets are bought and Easter tags with the shut-ins’ information are attached to the baskets.
Baskets are placed on a table near the Information Center. Members of Immanuel are asked to take a basket, fill it with whatever they would like, then deliver them to the shut-ins before Easter. To learn more, contact Terry Krueger.
