The Lay Ministry Committee consists of 3 members of the congregation who provide supervision and support for the pastoral staff in matters of spiritual authority, discipline, and public exercise of the Word and Sacraments. The Committee oversees worship elders and usher teams to make sure worship services are conducted in a proper manner.

The Committee meets as needed at various locations for about 1-2 hours. To become a member of the Lay Ministry Committee, a person must be a male member of the congregation and be appointed to the committee by the Mission and Ministry Council. Contact Vice President Bob Brunow to become involved.
