The Mission and Ministry Council is the governing council of the Immanuel congregation. The Council establishes all policies and oversees the mission, budget, and plans of Immanuel. The Senior Pastor reports to the Council.

Almost all business relating to the church goes through the Council. The Council provides vision, and the pastor oversees day-to-day operations. To be on the Council, a person must be a voting member of Immanuel. The Council meets once a month at Immanuel, for an average of three hours. Contact President Barry M. Weber for more information.
